In Japan, it was released as Miracle Crystal, the eighth expansion in the Pokémon Card Game PCG Era. It is based on Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, featuring Generation III Pokémon. The English expansion was released on August 30, 2006, while the Japanese expansion was released on March 10, 2006.
